Still Don't Have Your 501C3?
If you have a heart to help people in need for long periods of time, then it's important that you obtain your501C3, and I can help you do it or do it for you. In the future, society and the government will rely on YOU to help people. But you must have your 501C (3) status to have access to the grants that will be coming from the government for years!

However, it's not just about the grants. I've seen organizations tremendously increase the number of people they were able to help because they had their 501C3 status, and were able to obtain resources they weren't able to obtain when they didn't have their exemption status.

Since 1999, I have had a 100% approval rate. Contact me immediately by email mti535@yahoo.com or by phone 407-575-0685 to discuss your options.

How much should we budget for fees assessed by government agencies?

A. You should budget $50 - $100 for your articles of incorporation or articles of amendment. for your state.  Allow an additional $25 to $100 (depending on which state you reside in) if you require expedited services. If your organization plans to receive less than $10,000 per year over the next four years, you should budget $300 for IRS processing fees.  If your organization plans to receive more than $10,000 per year, then you should budget $750 for the IRS processing fees.

How long does the IRS take to review our application?

A.  We cannot guarantee how long it will take for the IRS to process your application.  Once your application is submitted, you should receive a response within 120 days.  In most of our cases, we have received IRS responses within six to eight weeks. In cases where the IRS has requested additional information, we've received a favorable reply within two to three weeks of submitting our response.

Q. How long does it take for Multiplying Talents to complete all of our paperwork?

A. Our goal is to complete your project within 2 weeks for existing organizations and within 4 weeks for new organizations.  It's important that the client provide all of the needed documentation we have requested.

For new organizations, it takes most states about a 7 to 10 business days for your state to process your month Articles of Incorporation by mail.

We'd like to use that time to get all the other paperwork taken care of, so that when your Articles are approved, we only need to obtain your tax id # and finalize the application.

Assign a Contact Person - We would like to have a contact person within the company who is knowledgeable about the affairs of the organization.  This person would be responsible for submitting all the required information to our 501c3 Online Processing Center.  This person should be proficient with downloading documents from the internet, saving and opening email attachments, and attaching documents to email messages.

Internet Access & Email Account - In order to expedite the delivery of documents, we require the client to have access to the internet, Adobe Acrobat Reader (available free of charge at www.adobe.com ) and an email account.

Mail service is available upon request.

Financial Information - The client will be responsible for providing financial statements for up to four years and/or a two-year budget.  As we review the organization's financials, additional detailed information may be requested.  If you are a grassroot organization and do not have a budget, then we will work with you on a "proposed" budget.

List of Assets - The client must provide a list of assets, purchase price, and dates purchased for all assets the organization owns (if applicable.)

Payment of Fees - The client is responsible for payment of fees in a timely manner. Full payment must be received before we provide the final application.

Submission of Documents in a Timely Manner - The client is responsible for submitting the required documents within a timely manner. We expect that the project will be completed within 30 days. However, if the client abandons the project and does not respond to our requests for information after 90 days, the project will be terminated

Q. How long will it take for us to be Incorporated?
A. Each state has a Incorporation fee which is not included in the price of our preparation. If usually takes your state to mail your Articles of Incorporation back to you in 7- 10 business days.

Q. Why does it take so long to get the Articles back, I know some companies that promise them back in one day?
A. Those companies complete the state online application which DO NOT give you enough space to type in all the necessary IRS verbiage (found on my book -page 35 of The Best Guide for Nonprofit Corporations.) If the IRS verbiage is not on your Articles of Incorporation, your 501C3 application will be sent back to and that will cause a delay in your filing process. If you live near your state capitol, you can walk your articles in the same day and get them stamped and filed.

Q. How long have you been doing this?
A. Since 1999- never had a 501C3 disapproved!

Q. Do you think, "If I buy your book and CD, I can do this on my own?"
A. Yes, it's a "how to book." If you are a self motivated person, you can do it yourself and save hundreds of dollars. The CD is great, there is a sample 501C3 already completed for you. All you have to do is retype in the blanks with your information. There are also a copy of Bylaws, and Articles of Incorporation on the CD.

Q. Can we use the Articles Of Incorporation you have typed on the CD for our corporation?
A. Yes you can copy any of the articles, but make sure you go to your state website (see list of state websites in the book) and use your state required articles as a guide. Then copy and paste the IRS verbiage from the articles on the CD to add to your articles. It may seem like a lot of words, but at least you don't have to re-type it because it's all on the CD for you to cut and paste.

Q. I don't have a computer at home, should I still order the CD?
A. You have not because - you ask not. Go use the computers at the Public Library- it' s FREE. They also have printers, but you'll have to pay a small fee for anything you print or copy. Most libraries the fee is about 15 cents per copy. Also try Fed-Ex/Kinkos public computers. It will cost you a little more but at least you can get it done.

Q. What about grants? How do I find them?
A. Grant CDs are available on this site too on the Grant CD's page. These are excellent grant CDs written by Bob Vickers of Artful Askers. Each CD has at least 3 to 6 different grant proposals written on them. They are good to cut and paste and use for different letters for donations too. Bob Vickers is also a grant writer, you can find him at artfulaskers.com.

What is your Refund Policy?

Your initial partial payment  is non-refundable. If we have emailed you all of your paperwork,  we will not issue a refund.
